I was born in Bissoe, Cornwall. I studied at the Royal College of Music and lived in London for many years. After a long career as a professional Opera Singer, I returned to Cornwall and I now live near Crowan.

I design and make jewellery using real cultured freshwater pearls, sterling silver and gold. Freshwater pearls have improved greatly over the years and are now available in wonderful natural colours, shapes, and sizes. Above all, they have a superb lustre. I like to allow each individual pearl to inspire the jewellery that I create, and therefore all the pieces that I make are unique.

Above all, I want to make jewellery that will be worn.
