Ceramics / Jewellery
I would describe my work as an eclectic mix of femininity; all pieces are dressed up in various pretty patterns that enhance the forms. All my work is hand-made using slab earthenware clay that has been multiple fired. My jugs have a graceful appearance with the emphasis on the handle patterns range from flowers to spots in various colours.
I also produce small soft slab vases and quirky seed pots which are also pinched and shaped.
The jewellery range is a recent addition to my work and is produced in collaboration with my daughter Zoe (a Graphic Designer) whose design influences has helped produce chunky bracelets, pretty dainty earrings, rings, necklaces and various brooches.
